City Administrator
The City Administrator reports to a seven-member Council and oversees all operations and departments based on guidance from the council. The city operates water, sewer and provides refuse services. The administrator is responsible for preparing the city budget, attending council meetings, management of personnel, policy development and keeping the council informed on all city matters.
