Frazier Park & Lake

Frazier ParkFrazier Park:

Bentwood Golf Course is only one feature of the multi-use environment in Frazier Park. The newly restored Frazier Lake is the central attraction of the park. Picnicking, camping, RV hookups, playgrounds, and open spaces are a part of the lakeside experience. The park features approximately four miles of hike and bike trails. Nearly a mile of the trail system is paved with concrete or asphalt and serves as the central hub for more technical and isolated single track trails that weave through the brush and woodlands areas of the park. The trails and lake provide entertainment for walkers, birders, and experienced mountain bikers alike.

Frazier Park Lake:

Frazier Park Lake was restored to provide a water-based recreation resource for the community. It was also designed to enhance the surrounding riparian wildlife habitat and provide a dependable source of irrigation water for the golf course and local cemetery. The wastewater effluent system that supplements the lake is an innovative process that includes a series of streams, waterfalls and wetlands to filter the water. Frazier Park Lake is a welcomed resource for educational and recreational purposes to the community of Ulysses.
