Welcome to our online home for the City of Ulysses, Kansas. Ulysses is a beautiful growing community of over 6,000 residents located in the Southwest corner of Kansas, 40 miles from, both, the Colorado and Oklahoma borders.
Ulysses has a Mayor/City Council Government with an appointed Administrator. Together they are paving the way for the future of Ulysses. There are six elected members and a Mayor on the Council.
We take pride in our excellent City services, and in conjunction with the resources provided by Grant County, we offer a safe, fun and relaxing environment to grow a business, raise a family, or spend your golden years!
