Russ Binney Park The Russ Binney Park is conveniently located just 1 mile North of Hwy 160. This park is equipped with a huge jungle gym near a gazebo shelter, grassy turf that is perfect for playing and a beautiful walking path encompassed with shrubs, flowers and many other types of greenery, including the fish ponds on the east side of the park. If you would like to relax in the shaded areas or have a picnic under the trees, a picnic table is located on the west end of the park as well as the gazebo in the center of the park. The Park is maintained by City of Ulysses Grounds and Equipment Operators. Should you see any form of vandalism or illegal activities please contact the law enforcement immediately. 620.356.3500
