The City of Ulysses will accept cash, check or money order (please make them payable to City of Ulysses). If not paying by mail, our convenient payment location is at the City Hall, 115 W Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS 67880. When making payments during normal business hours you may pay inside or at the drive-up window located in the alley east of City Hall. If paying after normal business hours you may use the drop box located below the drive-up window. When making your payment please include the bottom portion of your bill to ensure proper credit is applied.
Billing Cycle:
The City of Ulysses has (2) two billing cycles during each month. Readings are taken on the 10th and 25th of the month. Meters read on the 10th are due by the 25th of that month and meters read on the 25th are due by the 10th of the following month. If your payment is not received before the due date you will be charged an additional 10% "penalty fee". If payment has still not been received, your service will be shut off until all penalties and fees have been paid in full. See Ord # 739.
**Your City bill reflects the total charges for water, sewer and sanitation services. All rates are subject to change by City Ordinances.

Automatic Bill Pay Method will conveniently debit the amount of your City bill payment from your checking or savings account on the date the bill is due. In order to set up your Automatic Bill Payment, simply print this form, complete it, and return it along with a voided check to the City Clerks office.
