Section 1.  Class A:  All subdivisions located within the corporate limits of the City of Ulysses, Kansas. 

Section 5.  Class : 

1.   All subdivisions adjoining or touching and outside the corporate limits of the City of Ulysses, Kansas. 

2.   Any subdivision adjoining or touching the boundaries of a tract or area for which annexation proceedings have been commenced by the City of Ulysses, Kansas. 

3.   Any subdivision touching or adjoining an approved subdivision which touches or adjoins the corporate boundaries of the City of Ulysses, Kansas. 

Section 10.  Class :  A subdivision lying within the Planning Area that does not adjoin the City Limits of Ulysses, Kansas, and that does not adjoin another subdivision that adjoins or touches the City Limits of the City.
